Rates and Directions
$130/night* plus tax for special events** (2-night minimum is required, although the higher rate may only be for 1 night)
Main house is also for rent for special events**. Rate is $200/night* plus tax. Visit homeexchange.com for photos.
* Rates are based on 2 people. Additional charge of $10 per person per night up to 4 people maximum.

DEPOSIT
For special events, a payment in the amount equal to the total stay’s charge amount or a credit card number is required to hold the Guesthouse. The payment will be processed upon arrival.
For non-special events, a payment in the amount equal to one day’s charge amount or a credit card number is required to hold the Guesthouse. The payment will be processed upon arrival.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Two weeks notice is required to cancel a reservation for special events. Unfortunately, we must charge full price for reservations that are not cancelled in time to rent the guesthouse. Charges will be incurred for each special event night reserved if cancellation is not made within this 2-week cancellation period.
Two days notice is required to cancel a reservation for non-special events. Charges will be incurred for only one night if cancellation is not made within 48 hours of your expected visit.
OTHER
Check-in time is 2:00 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 am. A lockbox attached to the door contains the key to the guesthouse, and guests are given a 4-digit access code that changes from guest to guest to open the lockbox. This eliminates the need to meet upon arrival, offering total flexibility in regards to arrival time.
No pets, please, because of allergies...both the innkeeper's and many guests. A charge of $200 will be incurred if a pet is brought into the guesthouse.
No smoking inside the guesthouse.
Children are welcome. Crib available upon request.
